Trim the wick
Trim to 5mm before every burn. Long wicks cause soot, uneven burn, and an oversized flame.

First burn: 2 hours
Always burn for at least 2 hours on first light - creates a full melt pool and prevents tunneling for good.

Stop at ½ inch
Never burn below the last half inch of wax. Extinguish, let cool, then repurpose the vessel.

Store away from heat
Direct sunlight and heat fade fragrance and soften wax. Store in a cool, shaded spot between burns.
