Shipping policy

Order processing

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak seasons or high-volume periods, processing may take up to 5–7 business days. Custom/personalized orders may need an additional 3–5 business days for production. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping rates (US)

  • FREE standard shipping on orders over $50 (after discounts, continental US).
  • Orders under $50: flat $6.00 standard shipping.
  • Expedited/express options may be available at checkout.

International shipping

Available to select countries at a flat $25.00. Customs fees and import duties may apply and are the customer's responsibility. Delivery typically 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs.

Estimated US delivery

Standard: 5–8 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier, weather, and holiday delays are beyond our control.

Lost/stolen & incorrect address

We're not responsible for packages marked delivered but not received (please check with neighbors and your carrier — contact us and we'll help), or for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Re-ship fees may apply.

Returns & exchanges

Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery on unused items in original packaging. Sale items, gift cards, and custom/personalized orders are final sale. To start a return, email theartisannook2006@gmail.com with your order number. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect. We don't offer direct exchanges — return the original and place a new order. Damaged/defective items: contact us within 7 days with photos for a replacement, store credit, or refund.
