Refund policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. Here's everything you need to know about refunds at The Artisan Nook.
Eligible refunds
- Items returned within 30 days of delivery in unused, original condition.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items (reported within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence).
Non-refundable items
- Custom or personalized orders once production has begun.
- Sale and discounted items.
- Gift cards and e-gift cards.
- Items that have been used, lit, or are missing original packaging.
Refund process
Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3–5 business days of receipt), we will email you. If approved, your refund is processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days of our confirmation email, please check your bank account and contact your card provider first. If the issue persists, contact theartisannook2006@gmail.com.
Store credit
As an alternative to a refund, we may offer store credit valid for 12 months from issue. Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
