Questions

Everything you need to know

Names, dates, quotes, short messages, and photos. The lid can hold up to two lines of text plus a circular photo (round-cropped). We’ll send you a proof before anything goes to print - unlimited revisions included.

JPG or PNG, minimum 300dpi / 1000px across. The clearer the photo, the sharper the result. Portrait or square crops work best for the circular lid format. We’ll flag any quality issues when we send your proof.

No minimum for individual orders - one piece is perfectly fine. For bulk orders (25+) we offer volume pricing. For corporate orders (100+) we provide a custom quote including packaging and logistics.

After you submit your brief: digital proof within 48 hours, then production and delivery in 7-10 business days once you approve. For wedding orders we recommend submitting at least 3 weeks before your event to allow for revisions and shipping.

Our five signature scents are what we craft in-house - they’re the ones we can guarantee quality on. If you’re doing a large order (50+) and have a specific scent brief, reach out and we’ll discuss what’s possible.

Revisions are unlimited until you’re genuinely happy. We won’t go to production without your explicit sign-off. Your satisfaction with the design is non-negotiable for us.
