What are your candles made of?

A premium soy-coconut-apricot wax blend with phthalate-free fragrance oils and no synthetic dyes.

How do I get the best burn?

Trim the wick to ~5mm and allow a full melt pool to form on the first burn to prevent tunneling.

Is this a good gift?

Yes - especially paired with our Ceramic Matchbox with Drawer or a Gift Box. Customization is available.

Shipping & Returns

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Standard US delivery typically takes 3-7 business days. Timelines may vary during holidays or peak periods. Free US shipping on orders over $50.

Refund Policy

We do not accept returns on used candles. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or resolution.

Candle Care Guide

• Trim the wick before each burn.
• Burn for no more than 4 hours at a time.
• Keep away from drafts, children, and pets; never leave unattended.
• Stop use when ~1cm of wax remains.
